King Station platform falling apart

For years, the Melinda Street exit on the platform level (going northbound) has been deteriorating beyond belief. The wall and ceiling surrounding the exit leading to the escalator have been stripped due to constant leaking of rust and goo. It looks like the thing could collapse at a moment's notice. Has this been fixed yet?

There is a lot of underground water in that area. It will not cause a collapse but will leak until waterproofing is put in. TTC probably has no control of the wet soil outside the station. The City, neighboring buildings and TTC need to find a solution together.
